To my trusted prayer Warriors:
When I look at Deb Jardine and her husband Ivan, my heart just fills with love for them.
I thank our Father God for giving me a part in their lives when I took care of their daughter
Angela for a year before the powers that be decided to take her from my care.
She ended up on Vancouver's East Side and went missing in 1998. They found her final resting place on the Pickton Farm - through her DNA.
Angela was a hand full but in spite of her antics, there was this eternal child inside of her that would emerge when you least expected it.
She loved "family" and Mickey Mouse as well as Wrestlers on TV.
When I met her at age 18, she carried a teddy bear around with her - and she had two suitcases she would pack up regularly to run away with.
There she would be, dragging her worldly possessions down the road huffing and puffing trying to run away to somewhere.
It is comforting to know, God is taking care of her now . It is also comforting that our prayers will be answered and God will be taking care of Deb in her hours of need right now,
Ivan, daughter Amber, two grandchildren and Amber's husband need our prayers too.
We also need to pray for laws in our country, that will take care of people like Angela who was only capable of being a 10 to 11 year old girl.
Just because she turned 19, she was adult enough to live in the hell of Vancouver's East Side. Angela Just wanted to belong somewhere.
Our children can just self destruct without any interference from family, from the community or law. We need to pray for leaders who can see the futility of giving our children
rights they are not capable of handling; turning them over to predators - also somebody's lost children.
Thank you all for praying over this family and for this woman who is brave and courageous fighting for her right to take care of her family.
Like all Warriors, we need the protection of prayer.
I pray for you and you pray for me and we pray for one another through our Emails and this was something I never expected out of a computer.
We lift one another up and we carry each other while we do what Jesus taught us to do.. I praise God for each of you and pray for all of us to have the Joy of the
Lord in us and Peace regardless of our circumstanaces.
Amen..
