Marnie you may be gone but your beautiful smile and love of life will live on in us forever.
Marnie had many wonderful gifts. Her love for all animals and people. Even when you were sad Marnie would come into a room and she would make you laugh and forget all your problems.
I know now that Marnie is doing the same in heaven.
I must share this with you. Marnie has a beautiful daughter which she loved but could not raise so we became Dad and Mom.
Brittney is a very beautiful, healthy girl. Marnie would come home for visits and would sit beside Brittney spending hours reading, playing and laughing with her.
It's so very sad to know in my heart that Brittney will never get the chance to have more wonderful memories of her birth Mom.
We have many great memories of our Marnie and I would like to share a couple of my favorites. One great memory I have of Marnie is when she made dinner one night for us, her treat, yea!
Marnie cooked a meatloaf, baked potatoes and vegetables. She ended up so tired that she went for a nap while dinner was cooking. I had been out and due home at 5:30p.m. Marnie the sweetie turned up the oven way too high
and when I got home the kitchen was smokey. I called for Marnie and she awoke with fright, needless to say we never did eat dinner. We had to order out as everything was black and just awful.
Another favorite memory of Marnie is when she was 9 years old. Back then we had chicken's which laid eggs. One of the chickens for no apparent reason dropped dead.
Marnie was so upset that she wanted to take the poor dead chicken to the vet to find out what happened to it. When the autopsy came back we found out the chicken had swallowed 2 screw's,a nail, a penny, and a dime, Case solved!

This is from Brittney:
All I must say to Marnie is thanks for giving me to Mom & Dad. Remember I will always Love you for you and one day we will get to meet again.
My favorite song is Mom's favorite song that makes us think of Marnie, Wind Beneath My Wings, by Bette Midler.
We will always miss you Marnie and your love of life will stay with us forever.
Love and miss you,
Mom, Dad & Brittney
