Janet Henry was born April 10, 1961. She was from Alert Bay, British Columbia.
Janet grew up in a large family of six sisters and four brothers. She graduated from high school
and later attended training to be an esthetician.
Janet left Alert Bay and relocated to Winnipeg, Manitoba. A few years later Janet moved to Maple Ridge, British Columbia and was married for about four years.
She had a beautiful, baby girl named Debra. Janet was a caring individual who loved her family especially her daughter Debra.
Janet later divorced and moved to the downtown eastside of Vancouver.
Sandra Gagnon (Janet's sister) has fond memories of special times that they spent together. Sandra recalls picnics they would take to the Port Haney Docks in Vancouver.
Both sisters would sit by the water and talk for hours or they would often go to King's restaurant and have a lot of fun chatting about their dreams.
Janet enjoyed the outdoors and loved animals. Her favorite music artist was country singer Vince Gill. She loved Chinese food and her hobby was embroidering cushions.
Almost eleven years later Debra (Janet's daughter) is all grown up and is still determined to find out what happened to her mother. Sandra remains forever steadfast in search of any information regarding her beloved sister.
